Q: What size is my car?

A: Almost every car falls into a category. If it only has 2 doors, its a coupe or sports car. If its the size of a WV Golf, its a hatchback. If it has 4 doors and a regular trunk, its a sedan. If it has 4 doors and a hatch trunk, its a wagon. Crossovers are just smaller SUVs, such as a Honda HR-V or a BMW X-3. If it's larger than those, such as an Audi Q7 or a Chevy Suburban, its a SUV. Anything larger is its own special case.

Q: Will you use my water and power for a mobile wash?

A: Yes. If the water and power hookups are usable, I will use them. Otherwise, I do not have the facilities to carry my own water and power, and will not be able to do a mobile wash. On average, my washes cost around $0.05 in water and power costs.

Q: I only want my interior/exterior cleaned, but none of your packages offer just that. What should I do?

A: Reach out! I offer specialized washes to anyone who asks, and reaching out is the best way to do that. My main phone is 503-260-2289. Please include your name and inquiry in your initial message for ease of organizing for me.

Q: My car is an absolute mess because of my dog. Do you charge extra for pet hair?

A: Yes, if your vehicle is full of pet hair, smoke or mold, there will be an additional charge added to your wash.

Q: Do you charge extra if the wash runs over your expected time?

A: No. Washes are paid on a by-job basis. If the wash takes me longer than expected, I will finish the job at no extra cost to you.
